There is much to be grateful for holding PIQ. Not only for our pockets, but for the potential health benefit of many millions of people, not just in DKD, but looking forward to some news on endometriosis & oesophageal cancer progress on diagnostics as well.

It will be very exciting to watch this unfold and when it does, I think shareholders should feel very proud that they have supported PIQ in the development of some groundbreaking diagnostics, that WILL make a big difference to patients and their Physicians.

I can’t foresee any problem with FDA approval of PromarkerD, the company have wisely waited until a mountain of evidence was built for validation of PromarkerD in very large clinical trials and successful reproducibility of technology across laboratories (there probably is a better term for that).

Also, if the Janssen collaboration on Ph2 results are out soon, they have until the end of March 21 to submit late breaking abstracts for presentation for PromarkerD / Canafliglozin. The previous Ph1 study in validation of Promarker D in CANVAS trial patients (cohort >3000) was co-presented by Janssen & PIQ at the ADA conference in the USA which is a very important one for diabetes. It’s virtual this year & in June, due to COVID-19 like pretty much all medical conferences now, but the dissemination of new research must go on in these difficult times!

I am anticipating that our latest clinical study with Janssen will once again be presented here (if completed on time & surely that would be a goal of both companies) & therefore the timing of our FDA application will be perfect, if we are awarded Breakthrough Device Designation prior to clearance/approval all the better for some very big Pharma/Diagnostics news in the USA at a major International Diabetes conference, that is also very well covered by industry & mainstream media. Just my thoughts, something to consider, DYOR.
