Yes I think it was absolutely needed. No doubt, some of the discussions that we have been having here has got the attention of the brokers and subsequently that feedback has been passed on.
I'm looking forward in having the opportunity to bring my concerns directly to Richard. I have tried on numerous occasions in the past reach out to him directly, all he did was redirect me to Dirk (who never returned my calls).
