Yeah it is a bit of a positive that there was no spp. I mean if the company wasnt becoming a hot property or was going down the tubes, then they would come to the shareholders with a spp. So wonderful.
Many companies manage a placement and a spp which is fairer. Real fairness would give shareholders first go but that's far too much to expect.
