IMO mgmt have taken the bird in the hand deal from alto and id guess as part of that deal there is an agreement to commence newsflow next month so alto can first get set with as much stock as possible.
Therefore at 20c we will have a market cap of approx 16.4 million and circa 4 million in cash. EV $12 million.
From the recent canary organised conf call the advice was there would be significant news through the rest of year ....the market mover is obviously promarkerD so i'm expecting to see further licensing deals and plans to enter new markets over the coming months.
