They would be subject to action if they did this. They have to abide by the Continuous Disclosure, Listing Rule 3.1, for a start.

I am no sure that there will be that much of a shortfall. This is a tightly held stock and pretty illiquid. Those of us who hold shares largely do so because of the potentially great upside. I suspect many will do what I did - on Sunday, when the heads were at 21c, I was happy to take up all my entitlement via BPay!
