That’s certainly possible, though my understanding was that Sonic was responsible for all that and PIQ just had to collect the royalties. Will have to go back and check if PIQ are still responsible for back end processing.
Though the ann certainly states that “both parties are working on the technical and commercial requirements.”
I’d figured that SHL shouldering the burden of scale-up and manufacturing was in lieu of PIQ getting any sort of up-front payment. That’s pure speculation on my part though.
