Not a sliver of belief that offshore investors are really looking at PRW assets. No one even bothers to think this could be true...chilling. Everyone knows this is just ramping to try and get the placement done.

Even stocks like PNO get support during their raising, and Palermo doesn't even pretent that his listed vehicles are any more than a source of his yearly wages...
