SS Worth the wait very positive plan and preparations reveal a very proffesional approach .
The comment about selling a portion of the project as against financing by PRL makes sence if the share holders avoid dilution or over commitment to debt ,it would be a good oppotunity to sell the portion and capitalise on the location and progressed preperations maybe it would be the opportunity for neighbour twiggy who understands these projects intimately.
