Add in the cyclone zone and bld cost increase substantially in comparison to below zone sth of Geraldton :
Additions is foundations, tie downs, anchor points etc etc.
A PFS and DFS going to be pricey too based on project value.
Agree no mention of financials is strange, no reason why they should not of added some in.
