Won’t lie, will need some institutional backing &/or dilution as suggested. I’m cool with that, you’d be lying to yourself if you didn’t think that would occur. It’s not crazy though, I’ve also seen recently bank loan of $90m at >12% interest and has paid off. I get it’s not $2.5b but it cannot be out of the realm for a $1t dollar world industry.
At present i really can’t see any other majors jumping in other than Total, or FMG. And if PRL does need to dilute, it would only be FMG with land surrounding. I think back to when Dave was asked he’s thoughts on the land grab by Twiggy around PRL. He had a massive grin on his face and answered a long the lines of “not sure what that’s all about”. Maybe he does know, or all this is just me dreaming. After all, it is a speculative stock, so are my thoughts.
