I think their may be a few reasons why price hasn’t gone up
1- share holders have a little resentment for their real or paper losses.
2- a lot of shareholders are already all in. In my case anyway.
3- share holders can be reactive and not proactive. Meaning they want to see the millions in revenue in bank first. Regardless of the announcement
4- A little negativity and loss of faith ie. CR
For me CR only concerns me if the technology and management isn’t proven. I believe it is. theirfore patience for multiple deals is only a matter of time.
