It's pretty simple really, the announcement wasn't cut and dry and left too many un answered questions for the SP to move. Holders need definitive revenue for this to start climbing.
Going off the pricing model given to us by Louis, 4000 cameras would range between $2,000,000 and $20,000,000 depending on the level of analytics on each camera. The announcement stated the project has potential value of more than $1.2m, this is not a definitive revenue statement.
I am unsure why the announcement was released this way and I'm sure it was done for a reason. If this was written differently we could be well over 20c by now.
Lets hope we get clarification on everything soon.
