Bought more shares today.

I will also vote these shares as Yes, FOR all resolutions, when they are in my account, after Monday close business.

I really think this is important-
Vote FOR all 8 resolutions,& take this opportunity to strengthen the ImpediMed board and oust please this chairman, plus the others as proposed, & replace with the 4 new excellent nominees.

This is as I and family members who also hold IPD have acted.

But shareholders need to vote.
And it is easy to log in - can do simply in Link market services , using log in to ‘single holding ‘ & providing your HIN.

IGNORE I think the advice to vote ‘against’ by current board- they are NOT acting in Impedimeds or shareholders overall best interests, to advise this.

Lead by the chairman in this respect who is trying to save his own tenure !
Please he should act in the best interests of the company only & when representing us all , the shareholders.

I want the best people now to be there, to steer IPD forwards.
