my observations- based on actions and announcements from IPD ..... it is obvious the BOD has been distracted with saving their jobs (which I expected from a BOD spill) ...... what I am assuming based on additional Mgt announcement supporting the BOD and the calls that have been staged are that Rick/Tim are also very distracted trying to help the BOD save their jobs ...... what I find astonishing is that there are no further announcements of new private Payors....no matter what is happening at BOD level, a quality CEO/CFO would continue to run the company and a quality BOD would provide updates and announcements ..... the sheer lack of any announcements since end of July just speaks volumes as to the quality of current CEO/CFO and BOD ..... fingers crossed for the 28th..... will be interesting to see what announcements come out in early October ... mmmm.
