It is Christine Emmanuel-Donnelly who is on the board of PNV. Nothing has been said about a new day job for M. Grant, so he should have a lot of time to get across Ipd. At least he has shown great integrity and commitment in buying over two million shares (presumably on market , which must have been in the 17-18¢ range). I think they all mean well - I doubt they are doing it just for the director's fees. Since I voted for them , clearly I am hoping that they can add value beyond what the former directors could do, since there has doubtless been a disruption .
