Will be voting against the increase of salary incentives for the 2 CEO and CFO considering many of the existing staff were not given bonuses and salary review/increases were frozen. So why they deserve an increase while the share price laments below 3 dollars and the woeful performance of its recent acquired businesses.
Not sure how the re-election of director Russell Shields will help given Retail Food Group performance was pretty poor while he was a director there.
Any thoughts welcome.
