Hello Nesho. I disagree utterly . This is a greenfield struggling startup with no history of profit and operating in a really tough area with no great commercial advantage . There is NO likelihood of any dividend , the BoD is paid incredibly given the greenfield nature . They have , say what you will, overseen the destruction of stock price from 70 .... 12 . And of utter importance to me, there is little to no evidence these doyens of the business world have purchased any stock with a cent of their own money . My concerns after this proposal are so great I’ve sold out . I wish you all well. Over and Out
