I would be happy with 85-90c plus PRU shares. If shares were offered what do you think it would be, up to 1 for 10?
This out of the blue offer hasn’t surprised me at all, as throughout the announcements since SVM offer the company continued to state “in the absence of a SuperiorProposal”. I was expecting a Chinese mining company, PRU and even Barrick to have made a play earlier.
So we know Australian Super Fund (Federation Mining) are completely out but where did the other $43m shares come from, which other big players have sold to PRU. An update of top 20 shareholders will be nice. Though we should see a change of holdings coming.
Anyway let’s all hope for a quick resolution. Show me the money
