    Presume so, the offer will need to be North of SVM's 60c but I get the feeling SVM wouldnt let this one go so easy.

    I also doubt either company would entertain a joint venture so I sense a bidding war.

    Get the popcorn ready as we are in for wild ride at the big vote.
