Given PRU,S initial stake requires an uplift if a higher offer is made in 12 months,I would doubt PRU will make a bid until the uplift requirement expires.No one else will bid.Once the ex permit is granted whatever the sp jumps to will be max offer price.Don’t forget the estimated cost in the PFS of a plant circa 500 million.If you want the upside in PDI buy PRU for the medium term
