Just confirms what I thought when Perseus first came on board - its a matter of when, not if, a takeover bid is lodged.
Moving to 19.9% only strengthens PRU's stranglehold on the company (and by default) its SP.
No bidding war -SP to languish until the "too good to refuse" offer that seriously undervalues the long term projected SP for the company is lodged and accepted by the major shareholders and the board.
