I would suggest that PRU will need to pay more than 30c to get control.
Hope my guess is on the low side.
Anyone selling for less is a complete mug.
Given upside potential, PRU could probably justify 40-50c but they don’t need to move just yet.
However, if PRU delays and the gold price explodes higher, they could miss the bargain of a lifetime.
I would be happy with a generous scrip bid!
