Perseus holder here. Lots of available liquidity available, but probably need to spend $500m building Nyanzaga in the coming years. I believe this is more likely a blocking stake so they can potentially acquire in later years, but I wouldn’t expect them to completely drain their bank to acquire PDI. There would be little or stretched cash to actually build Nyanzaga.
