Congratulations to the beliver holders. Looks like PRU is to acquire this asset. What do they mean in putting out below statement:
"Perseus is not currently in discussions with Predictive and, subject to there being no actual or proposedmaterial change in the shareholding of Predictive (including a change of control proposal) or the actions ofPredictive, Perseus has no current intention to acquire control or make a takeover offer for Predictive."
Looks like a lousy trick to ask market not to prop up PDI SP. LOL
