Surely You realise that NO serious takeover offer will be even considered (by anyone) until The Exploitation Permit is Granted.

I believe that too many shareholders forget that PDI has In excess of 2500,000,000 shares on issue --- This IS a crucial fact about the Company and should not be ignored.
