lousy shareprice appreciation as expected. Yes theboard failed to get an acceptable level of shareholder support for the company. Over the past several months trading has dwindled to a pultry trickle of trades each day.

Now a takeover will be pushed through.

some deal has been done here. the value in pdi will be lost to the shareholders of pru.

I was waiting for alot better return than this.

personally I can't stand pdi board. they make my blood boil. I knew the heavy lifting needed to be done over the last 6 months. The repeated capital raisings (or should we call them dilutions) have just sapped the energy put of this stock.

I can't think of enough profanities in the English language to cover off on what I think of pdi board and office managers group.
