that's the problem ... I don't think this board could fight their way put of a wet paper bag ..... hardly who I want negotiating a takeover.
They should sell 40% of the project to pru for pru developing the project. a Goldfields type deal. if they did that the pdi shareprice would run much higher and probably find pru could sell its pdi shares to co er the cost of the building of the mill and plant.
