Well, they certainly nailed the bottom for selling Capitola. Oil was $30, now near $40. They sold into a declining price, now the commodity price is going to work against them. I really hope they can find some great assets since they just sold 9000 acres in a play proven up with the drill bit! Looking at the RRC, one of their wells made more oil in Jan 2016 than it ever made in the prior months, so I'm baffled at the valuation of the sales price. Throw the baby out with the bath water I suppose.
