Hmm... good point about where the funding is needed, although it still means we should have more money left over with that side of things not needing capital, and most importantly they've raised funds immediately before the results of the big well. If it's a success we could raise capital far far more cheaply, so it's a sign of lack of confidence (or alternatively blatant abuse) from management.
