Quite a shortfall, not that surprising when there is no indication on what the money was for.
Still the directors have tipped in a fair sum so you would think they would not do that if it was shortly going belly up. Assuming the sale of the Securities business goes ahead it will be interesting to see how much debt/liabilities is left and what sort of business it is in the future.
