Seems to be the case though I consider a lot of upside as they note they invested in resources this year which would have reduced EBIT but set a platform for 2016. If it treads water it is cheap paying 7.5% yield but if the various divisions uptick a little could do very well. They also note various organic growth opportunities and the growth out of the security area should be robust. MNF is on a PER of 30, these goes also do VOIP stuff in Allcom.
