    Hi Chocomuncher,

    There are some things in the financials that certainly raise questions.
    For example, in Other Income is an amount of $2,173,995 which is noted as "Deferred Consideration Adjustments". Does anyone have any idea what that is?
    That represents around 4c per share in EPS and without it EPS would have declined from the prior year.
