True but the NPAT figure of 7,116,772 there is also 600,593 of acquisition expenses and approx 2.1 million in head office expenses, both these amounts are said to be non operational which I would take as non recurring. The head office expenses may be some what recurring but even at 50% rate the other deferred consideration is almost all offset. There are no tricks being pulled here as far as I can see.
