@gosouth, $1 seems to be the barrier to break.
Market cap currently sitting around $50m. By no means high. This looks even smaller when you see just how established the business is.
Anyone pull me up if these numbers are wrong for the different business pillars.
Revenue around
$84 million in 2015...
People – $51 million
Security – $12 million
Communications – $21 million
EBIAT Margins...
People = 6-8%
Communications = 9- 11%
Security business =
35 - 45%
Looking at these numbers, any growth within 'Security' is going to make the bottom line explode.
Obviously growth in other silos will add to the profit base but surly 'Security' is where the money printing begins for PSZ.
I was an early investor in CVT - Great team, amazing tech and turned out to be a very fruitful trade. Very granular focus though. I like the 'Security' arm of PSZ because it's a little more diversified.
Penetration testing, programmed hacking, penetration of facility security, mobile app testing, payment & security systems... the list goes on.
Company looks like a potential cash machine to me. Revenue for the year was 130% higher. And profits after tax were $7.1m (I think thats about 120% higher YOY). +$5m in cash also.
With a cap around $50m this would give PSZ a P/E of maybe 6 - 6.5 (sorry ruff estimates, feel free to hit me up if this is incorrect)
Fast growing company in the Security / Tech space with a PE of around 6.5.... Peers trading anywhere from 14 - 20 (some higher).... Bargain here IMO.
Stock should be above $2.00 based on current balance sheet IMO - This is before any one of the 2x pending acquisitions (currently in due diligence) potentially come off.
No idea what the share price will do. Glad i picked up some stock in the mid-80's though. Should have been onto PSZ sooner though.
