An acquisition certainly appears to be on the cards, as it has been touted by the company recently.

However, one niggling issue I have right now is to do with the closure/ final payments for the previous acquisition, Pure Hacking. This will probably be finalised in the same way the initial payment was made, hence my slight concern on how much the company will be diluted..

Could this also mean a similar payment set up for a new acquisition,.

Just something to consider, that's all.

I'll be very interested to see how Securus has performed this quarter, after bringing in extra employees since June, to assist with customer demand.
