The people at Respring are getting a great deal, getting a sharemarket listing, owning 30% of a company that should be able to fund at least some of their plans, possibility of capital raises down the track to fund more.
Obviously they have shopped this around and found no other viable buyers or funding as attractive as PSZ.

For PSZ it make a change from buying tons of companies promising some synergy and hopes of double digit returns and failing.
Now they can buy something with no synergy, and 1000+ times return predicted.

I didn't think the management were ever that competent but this takes it to a new level.
