Im voting No as well but management and there friends own a lot of the company to stop it.
I just can't see how the owners of respring and farmbuy will actually get the 4.5m in shares, its so far off the amount of what its worth that its taking the p....
half year results should tell everyone a lot and where they are positioning the company. thinking about it while im typing and you can't help laugh on how bad this is, haven't heard from the new CEO by the way......where is he?
