Thinking about this last night, this plan is akin to two primary school kids selling lemonade on the front lawn and someone coming along and offering $50 000 for the 'business'
The only difference is, the kids probably got a few sales and got their lemons for free. However it's ultimately unsustainable and not worth anything.
This proposed transaction is possiblly the dumbest decsion ive ever seen in almost 40 years of sharemarker involvement.
