We have an independent expert's report and notice of meeting which manage to present a transaction without (or have I missed it) giving shareholders any information about what PSC's current balance sheet and future earnings profile looks like?
Amazing.
Not that my tiny shareholding shifts a decimal point's decimal point but how could anybody in their right mind approve giving away a shareholding when the only way to value that shareholding is the current share price determined by a completely uninformed market ?
