My tips to you is go to casino. Up and down million dollars in half an hour is quite common. A couple years ago , I was invited to private saloon at level 39 in crown casino with my business partner who has assosication with the royal family back in Thailand. I watch him up AUD 8m in 3 hrs one day and down 10m the next day.
There's no difference between casino and ASX. whoever make 300k profit in a couple of days will easily drop 300k on other investment. It's a double edge sword. Easy come easy go.
So don't make yourself looks like a punter.
