Although...why the heck does it mentioned in the announcement "....and also seek shareholder approval to issue up to 250m shares to sophisticated investors at an issue price of no less than 3 cents." When in the previous paragraph of the announcement it states "....280m shares to be issued at 5c per share to overseas (Chinese) sophisticated investors..."?
Or do they intend to issue 30m shares @5c and the 250m shares at a price no less than 3c and no more than 5c?
Although...why the heck does it mentioned in the announcement...
