If its a final blow of past legacies then so be it for the writedown. They mention it has no impact on bank covenants. They have forecast positive cash here and as we know, cashflow is king.
The devil is in the detail but it could be a case that we have turned the corner and have a true cash generating business. The concern would be if they turned in an earnings loss.
