it’s not ideal, but functionally since PSZ shareholders still own 1/3 of TNT it’s not the worst thing. It will be very interesting to see the balance sheet next year. They have received about 11m in cash (including the deferred coms consideration) and gotten rid of 5m in deferred liabilities.

anyone worked out how much deferred consideration is actually left to be paid? It stood at about 10m at the time of the AR and 5m has been extinguished. The 10m from the TNT sale + cap raise should more than cover the rest.
I hope I am right and this is all investment for growth in the remaining core business.
