Certainly low on facts. We have become used to it by now. Mystery as to why they need the money. Could be risk mitigation in case the sale of the security section does not go ahead. Company could be belly up if they don't get the 9M injection.
If @tamz had said they were not taking up the offer, I'd be into this and the shortfall in a big way. now I am not so sure.
