By my records we currently have:

Lincoln upgrade from ??? to $8.76
Morningstar upgrade from $8 to $10
DB maintain a buy at $8.20 (unchanged)
UBS upgrade from $7.45 to $8.83

It's not entirely clear if these are price targets before or after the dilution due to retail placement. And, as usual, one should consider the various interests and assumptions behind broker/analyst recommendations before taking them for gospel (SRX being a prime recent example)
