It's a good deal - we make money and can continue to hold PSC/PSI, however I would have preferred this happen a few years further down the track. No complaints, we'll take it. I already own a chunk of PSC since 2017, with this on top, they've now become a good income stream with a yield on cost of over 7% and I can only see upside in the future.
