ARM holds a 40% stake in PDI which as of today has a MC of approx. $11m which means ARM's stake is worth approx. $4.4m.
ARM holds a 29% stake in PSM which as of today has a MC of approx. $11m also, which means ARM's stake is worth $3.19m. Gives a value of just these two ARM investments of $7.59m and our current MC is $4.9m.
Taking into account JUST these 2 stakes in PDI and PSM, ARM should be trading at approx. 6.5c a share.
