You need to have everything in place to pass all the requirements for healthcare unfortunately, rooms, staff and facilities etc
Not exactly sure what they do or don't need, but they definitely need rooms and certain staff.
They are paying Peter 32k per month right now, so yea I'd hope they get approval soon enough.
