a person questioning the performance of their investment over the last 12 months and aligning this poor performance with the BOD is not down ramping. the chart tells you the story.
either way, that wasn't the point of my post. it was simply highlighting the poor form of using the IHL treatments as a way to disparage someone who disagrees with you.
