re: Ann: PTB: Continuous disclosure - Keybrid... Heard of this stock thru a broker tip...but I'm still researching, with a slight interest if anyone can share some light on their assets, and what they expect to "write down" as per today's announcement.
Overall, their debt to assets ratio is still ok, even if written down by their estimate.
They seem to be going thru the same cycle as most property trusts, yet the share price is at 52 week bottom...suspect upside?
